Return & Refund Policy

At Liza Clothing, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
We want you to love your purchase — but if you’re not completely happy, please read our return and refund policy below.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • The return request is made within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • The item has no perfume, stains, or damage.

❌ Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Custom or stitched products

  • Accessories or undergarments (for hygiene reasons)


2. Return Process

To request a return:

  2. Mention your order number, reason for return, and attach a clear photo of the product.

  3. Once approved, we’ll share the return address for courier shipment.

  4. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless the product was defective or wrong).


3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method or store credit, depending on your preference.

  • In case of cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, refunds are made via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash.


4. Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a wrong or damaged product:

  • Send photos within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund (including shipping charges).


5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The product is used or damaged by the customer.

  • Return request is made after 3 days of delivery.

  • Item was on sale or clearance.
