  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


2. Shipping Time

  • Within Pakistan: 3–7 business days (depending on your city and courier service).

  • International Orders: 10–20 business days (depending on the destination and customs process).


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • Free shipping may apply to promotional offers or orders above a certain amount (mentioned during checkout).


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor delivery status.


5. Delays

We strive to deliver on time, but delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier issues

  • Public holidays or strikes
    If there is a significant delay, we’ll inform you through email or WhatsApp.


6. Wrong Address or Non-Delivery

Please make sure your shipping address and contact number are accurate.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping charges.

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all:
